who do you supply coffee to?

DFW Coffee Supply partners with businesses of all sizes. Depending on the size of your business and drink preferences, we will recommend sufficient equipment to provide an exceptional experience.

What happens if my machine BREAKS DOWN?

We have technicians on staff. We will come out asap to service the machine and get it back up and running. DFW Coffee Supply is a small business prioritizing quality products and service. You will always be a few valued partner. We are not a giant corporation that forgets about accounts.

how often do you deliver?

This depends on the size of your operation. Typically once per week is sufficient, but if you work with a larger corporation, we can adjust to come by more frequently.

How does billing work?

Partnering with DFW Coffee Supply requires an annual general working agreement. We bill monthly with your preferred method of payment.

do you offer consulting?

Absolutely. Our background is specialty coffee. We operate three cafes across the metroplex and will be happy to provide an automated experience, or assist in staffing and operating a full coffee bar at your business.
